Designed to offer an extra firm orthopaedic level of support, the Elite Sleep Firm Flex Ortho Mattress is upholstered with a micro quilted top and combines layers of hypoallergenic fillings and an open coil spring system.
Its robust open coil springs are laid out in rows running from the head end to the foot end. Each row of springs is connected to the next one by a spiral helical wire, whilst a heavy gauge rod-edge wire offers enhanced strength and support to the perimeter of the finished unit, reducing the likelihood of sagging and improving longevity.
Encasing this system is a micro quilted top, which allows the mattress to breathe whilst also providing a soft surface. Elite Sleep Firm Flex Ortho benefits from a hand tufted finish. Tapes are passed through the mattress at regular intervals preventing the fillings from becoming dislodged and resulting in a firmer feel. Layers of hypoallergenic soft fillings make this mattress a perfect choice for those with allergies or respiratory problems.
An extra firm tension mattress is great for those who require a more supportive foundation for sleep. Very firm
After sleeping at a friends me and my wife discovered a firm mattress would suit us best. Mattress is very firm and it was delivered quickly. Only downfall was it had a small mark on the mattress but so small to even worry about. Would recommend.

Very happy with my mattress but delivery was shocking as took time of work which cost me and didn't show up and received it 2 days later so not very happy and communication was unacceptable

Excellent Mattress
Always a bit worried buying a mattress online with not being able to 'try before you buy'! I have had this mattress six weeks now and i knew i wanted extra firm and this is exactly what it says on the tin. It has 100% helped my bad back which has been causing me a lot of problems recently. A great service with delivery to my room also. Always ready for bed now.

Solid and very firm
This is the second time I have purchased a mattress from Own Furniture after buying my son his first double bed. Service was great from start to finish once again. I was given a time slot for delivery and it was delivered to my bedroom. After a trip to Japan where their mattresses are extremely firm, I couldn’t believe how well I slept! Since purchasing this I’ve never slept so well at home so couldn’t be happier with it.

Best night sleep I’ve had in years!!
I’m a big guy so was after an extremely firm mattress. This fitted the bill and was delivered next day as promised! Be warned that this mattress is very firm! Supports me very well and my back feels like new just after 2 nights on it! Very satisfied!
One Man Service
Delivery is completed by a specialist 1-man courier service. In stock items are most commonly delivered on the next working day if ordered before noon but please be aware that expected delivery dates can vary from product to product. This will always be listed and available to check on the product page. The delivery is classed as an “all day service” and will arrive at any point between 07:00 - 19:00. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer any calls ahead of delivery nor are we able to offer any time slots on the day of delivery. The delivery is classed as a "doorstep delivery" meaning the driver will bring your items to your front door but will be unable to bring the items inside for you. Two Man Service
Delivery is completed by a specialist 2-man courier service. Expected delivery dates do vary from item to item but estimations will be available on the product page. Once an order has been placed, a member of our team will be in contact to arrange a suitable day for delivery. The evening before delivery, you will receive a three hour time slot of when the courier company is expecting to be with you the following day which will be within the hours of 07:00 - 19:00. We always request that our couriers give you a call when they are 20 - 30 minutes away on the day. Upon arriving at your property, our specialist delivery team will take all of your items to your room of choice. On larger / heavier items, our 2-man delivery service is included free and will be automatically selected for you at the checkout stage. For items that do not qualify for free 2-man delivery, if you require this service you will have the option to upgrade for this for a small charge at the checkout.
