Customer service
In brief, I needed an inexpensive table I could bring out for guests. There were wrongly supplied parts (8 items the same instead of 4 and 4). Initial call handled by Alex, didn't call back. Chloe, promised item but didn't confirm so warehouse didn't release. Finally Will sorted it as it should have been from day 1. As a result I waited a week to get the parts. In addition the significance of colour codes should be clearer in the instructions. It is now assembled, some scratched off paint on the chairs. It looks ok, but certainly not delighted with it or the service.

Santos Butterfly Dining Table
I love the look of this table and the beautiful colour. Bought it for the kitchen in our new house. I hope it will look as good as I hope it will. I only gave four stars because we haven't actually unpacked it yet. I'm sure it will be as good as we think it will be. Great Company to deal with. We would shop with them again without hesitation.

Great space saving dining set.
Due to little space I wanted a dining set that folded away. This set it great, the chairs fold up under the table and you can even put half of the surface down to push up against the wall if it’s just you eating at it. Would buy from this company again.
One Man Service
Delivery is completed by a specialist 1-man courier service. In stock items are most commonly delivered on the next working day if ordered before noon but please be aware that expected delivery dates can vary from product to product. This will always be listed and available to check on the product page. The delivery is classed as an “all day service” and will arrive at any point between 07:00 - 19:00. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer any calls ahead of delivery nor are we able to offer any time slots on the day of delivery. The delivery is classed as a "doorstep delivery" meaning the driver will bring your items to your front door but will be unable to bring the items inside for you. Two Man Service
Delivery is completed by a specialist 2-man courier service. Expected delivery dates do vary from item to item but estimations will be available on the product page. Once an order has been placed, a member of our team will be in contact to arrange a suitable day for delivery. The evening before delivery, you will receive a three hour time slot of when the courier company is expecting to be with you the following day which will be within the hours of 07:00 - 19:00. We always request that our couriers give you a call when they are 20 - 30 minutes away on the day. Upon arriving at your property, our specialist delivery team will take all of your items to your room of choice. On larger / heavier items, our 2-man delivery service is included free and will be automatically selected for you at the checkout stage. For items that do not qualify for free 2-man delivery, if you require this service you will have the option to upgrade for this for a small charge at the checkout.
