One Man Service
Delivery is completed by a specialist 1-man courier service. In stock items are most commonly delivered on the next working day if ordered before noon but please be aware that expected delivery dates can vary from product to product. This will always be listed and available to check on the product page. The delivery is classed as an “all day service” and will arrive at any point between 07:00 - 19:00. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer any calls ahead of delivery nor are we able to offer any time slots on the day of delivery. The delivery is classed as a "doorstep delivery" meaning the driver will bring your items to the first accessible door of your property but will be unable to bring the items inside for you. Two Man Service
Delivery is completed by a specialist 2-man courier service. Expected delivery dates do vary from item to item but estimations will be available on the product page. Once an order has been placed, a member of our team will be in contact to arrange a suitable day for delivery. The evening before delivery, you will receive a three hour time slot of when the courier company is expecting to be with you the following day which will be within the hours of 07:00 - 19:00. We always request that our couriers give you a call when they are 20 - 30 minutes away on the day. Upon arriving at your property, our specialist delivery team will take all of your items to your room of choice. On larger / heavier items, our 2-man delivery service is included free and will be automatically selected for you at the checkout stage. For items that do not qualify for free 2-man delivery, if you require this service you will have the option to upgrade for this for a small charge at the checkout.
