The pocket springs act as individual pistons in order to contour to the body from head to toe. This is also a huge advantage when sleeping next to a partner as the individual springs mean that you will not be interrupted by your partners movements in the night. The mattress is also double sided so you can take advantage of both sides of the mattress.

Those who are of average or lighter weights, will be well suited to a soft/medium tension mattress. If you move positions a lot in the night, you should find comfort in a soft/medium mattress. A softer mattress is good for side sleepers and a firmer mattress are better for back sleepers.
