What is bathroom furniture?
Bathroom furniture is the storage that sits around your bath, basin and toilet rather than the sanitaryware itself: under-sink cabinets, wall units, freestanding storage, cupboards and mirrors. It is what stops the shampoo, the spare towels and the cleaning products from living on the floor and the windowsill.
This is a focused range rather than a full bathroom department. It covers storage and mirrors, and does not include fitted vanity units with basins plumbed in. If you want a cabinet that tidies the room without a plumber, that is what is here.
Storage that fits the space you have
Start under the basin, which is usually the biggest patch of wasted space in a bathroom. The Pool 2 Door Under Sink Bathroom Cabinet is 80cm wide, 57cm high and 31cm deep, so it slides under most basins and takes the bulky bottles out of sight. Where the floor is full, the Pool 1 Door Bathroom Wall Unit is wall-hung at 38cm wide and 23cm deep, which uses wall space instead. For a narrow gap beside the basin, the Pool 1 Door 1 Drawer Bathroom Storage Cabinet is freestanding at 38cm wide, with a drawer for small things and a cupboard for the rest.
Mirrors
A mirror does more work in a bathroom than anywhere else in the house, because it is the one room that is usually windowless and always small. The Octave Round Mirror is an 80cm circle with a thin pewter rim, which softens a room full of straight tiled lines. The Rococo Wall Mirror is larger at 110cm by 80cm with bevelled glass, and hangs landscape or portrait. Both arrive assembled with hanging fittings included.
Freestanding or wall-hung
Wall-hung units keep the floor clear, which makes a small bathroom feel bigger and easier to clean around, but they need fixing to a solid wall. Freestanding cabinets need no fixing, suit renters, and cope better with heavy bottles. Most bathrooms end up with one of each. Finishes run to artisan oak and white, with pewter on the mirrors.

Bathroom furniture FAQs
What counts as bathroom furniture?
The storage and functional pieces that sit around your bath, basin and toilet rather than the sanitaryware itself. In this range that means under-sink cabinets, wall-hung units, freestanding storage, cupboards and mirrors. We do not sell fitted vanity units with basins built in.
What fits under a standard basin?
Measure the gap under your basin before you order, including the pipework at the back. The under-sink cabinets here are around 57cm high and 31cm deep, which clears most pedestal and wall-hung basins. Full dimensions are on every product page.
Freestanding or wall-hung: which should I choose?
Wall-hung units keep the floor clear, which makes a small bathroom feel larger and easier to mop around, but they need fixing to a solid wall. Freestanding cabinets need no fixing, suit renters, and hold heavier things more happily.
Is this furniture suitable for a bathroom?
These pieces are designed and sold as bathroom furniture, but they are wood and wood-based board rather than sealed plastic. Keep them out of direct splash zones, wipe up spills, and run an extractor or open a window after a shower, as you would with any bathroom furniture.
Do I have to assemble it myself?
The cabinets are flat-pack and the mirrors arrive assembled with hanging fittings included. Each product page tells you which. If you would rather not build a cabinet, tick the box on the product page to add our in-home assembly service from our partner Screwdriver.
How long does delivery take?
Order before 12pm and thousands of our in-stock products arrive the next working day, which covers most of the Pool range and several mirrors. Other pieces are made to order with a stated date. The expected date is on every product page before you buy.
Can I return bathroom furniture if it does not fit?
Yes. The majority of our products carry a 30-day returns window. Let us know by email within 14 days of delivery, keep the original packaging, and have the item back within 30 days. Measuring the space under your basin first saves the trouble.
