Deliveries run between 07:00 and 19:00 and you can choose your delivery date at checkout. Order before 12pm and thousands of our in-stock products are delivered the next working day. Made-to-order ranges take a little longer: Welcome Furniture is typically 7 to 14 working days, Julian Bowen 7 to 10, and Heritage Designs 3 to 5. The expected date is shown on every product page before you order.

Will ready assembled furniture fit through my door?

This is worth checking before you buy, because these pieces arrive built rather than in pieces. Full dimensions are listed on every product page, so measure your doorways, hallway and any turns on the stairs against them. If you are unsure, our team can help.

Can I return ready assembled furniture?

Yes. The majority of our products carry a 30-day returns window. Let us know by email within 14 days of delivery, keep the original packaging, and have the item back with us within 30 days of the delivery date. You can return it yourself or ask us to quote for an insured collection.

Can I spread the cost?
