Ordering

Can I cancel my order?

We completely get it, we change our minds too! We can only cancel orders prior to despatch.

Should the item have already been despatched then this falls under our returns policy.

If you are unsure of if your item (s) has been despatched then please use the contact us page on our website or alternatively call 0333 014 7733.

What if I want to speak to someone?

We want to speak to you too! Contact us with any questions, concerns, or feedback - or fill out the form below. We will be sure to get back to you within 48 hours.

However, please note that enquiries sent on Fridays may not receive a reply until the following Monday.

Shipping

What countries do you ship to?

We currently only ship to the UK Mainland. To enquire about shipping to a different destination, please contact us.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Standard shipping is dependent on the product and supplier so may vary. Please look at the product page for more information.

Returns and Refunds

How do I return a product?

You can return new and unused product(s) within 30 calendar days of making your purchase, we will provide a refund for product(s) returned, in new and unused condition and with the original packaging.

How long will it take to receive my refund?

Refunds are processed within 7 days from when we receive the item(s).
