We want you to be completely confident in your mattress choice, which is why we offer a 60-Night Sleep Trial on all our handmade mattresses. If you find it's not quite right for you, you can return it – no stress.

To be eligible for a return, please ensure the following:

Use a Mattress Protector:

• A mattress protector must be used at all times during the trial to keep the mattress clean and hygienic.
  

Rotate Regularly:

• Double sided mattresses must be turned and rotated once a week for the first month, then once a month thereafter.
• Single sided mattresses should be rotated following the same schedule.

Keep It in Resellable Condition:

• The mattress must be free from stains, marks, or soiling to qualify for a return.

We care about your comfort, and our trial is designed to give you the time and confidence to find the perfect night's sleep.

• You must notify us of your intent to exchange the mattress between day 45 and day 60 from the date of delivery.
• The mattress must be used on a fully assembled divan base or bed frame with evenly spaced slats.
• If you purchased a mattress with a divan, bed frame, or set, only the mattress is eligible for return.
• Original packaging must be retained to rewrap the mattress for collection. If the packaging is lost or discarded, the return will be declined.
• Own Furniture reserves the right to inspect and decline any return if the stated conditions have not been met.
• High-quality images of both sides of the mattress are required to verify that it is free from stains or soiling before a return is approved.
• If a return is granted, a collection fee will apply: Single Size – £50, Double Size – £65, King Size – £70, Super King Size – £85, 7ft x 7ft Size - £110.
