Is every chest in this range solid wood?

Every chest here is made mainly from solid or reclaimed wood, including oak, pine and mango wood. Some designs combine a solid wood frame with plywood or MDF panels, or add metal or marble details. The exact materials are listed on each product page.

Which solid wood chests come assembled?

Designs such as Huron, Aspen and Sorio carry the Delivered Assembled badge and arrive ready to use. You can find more on our ready assembled chest of drawers page. If the chest you choose needs building, in-home assembly can be added at a flat rate.

What is a 3+2 or 4+3 chest of drawers?

It describes the drawer layout. A 3+2 chest has two smaller drawers side by side on top and three full-width drawers below, and a 4+3 has three small drawers on top and four wide drawers underneath. The small drawers suit socks and accessories, while the wide drawers suit folded clothes.

Why does my chest look different from the photo?

Real and reclaimed wood vary in grain, knots and colour, so every piece is slightly different. Reclaimed wood can also show marks from its earlier life, which adds to its character.

Can I return a chest of drawers?

Most products can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Tell us by email within 14 days of delivery, and make sure the item is unassembled and in its original packaging. You can return it at your own cost, or we can quote for an insured collection.
